Antinoz Italian Café is a newly established Italian gem, created by a visionary trio: Lina Alzu-Baidi, Ali Gshayyish, and Gregory Hudack. More than just a café, Antinoz offers an immersive experience that captures the heart of Italian elegance and culinary excellence.

 

Chef Ali, raised in an artistic family, developed a deep passion for Italian cuisine from a young age. His journey took him around the world, meeting renowned restaurateurs and refining his craft, before returning to the U.S. to open Antinoz — a dream realized through his dedication and love for Italian cooking.

 

At Antinoz, every detail, from the hand-painted murals to the custom-designed furniture, has been thoughtfully curated to transport you straight to Italy. Our guests will enjoy classic Italian dishes with a contemporary twist, a carefully selected range of fine wines and artisanal coffees, and an atmosphere where culinary artistry seamlessly blends with creative design.
